Dec 2025 – Present- Designed the ECR/ECO change management system now carrying 500+ engineering change orders, from design through Quality, Engineering, Production and Regulatory approval onto the production floor. Microsoft 365, Power Apps, Power Automate.
- Built our PLM in house instead of a commercial system quoted near $100,000 a year; 35 new product developments have run on it. SharePoint holds controlled documentation, Zoho Projects the schedules, linked by REST API and HTTP.
- Built the first article inspection agent: it reads every dimension and tolerance off a SOLIDWORKS drawing and fills the inspection matrix. Python, vision models.
- Built the documentation agent that drafts design history file records to ISO 13485. 150 controlled documents approved to date.
- Delivered the labelling and serialization platform that replaced TEKLYNX: serial allocation, a label editor, and a print proxy driving SATO hardware with a full audit trail, GS1 and UDI compliant. TypeScript, PostgreSQL, ZPL.
- Ran the full hiring cycle for the team's intern and supervision. Also built a PMO governance dashboard on live Zoho data (Next.js, Entra SSO, REST API), a SOLIDWORKS PDM integration over the EPDM COM API, and Power BI reporting.
R&D Intern
2024 – Dec 2025- Built a piston-driven test bench to validate a new product line against IEC standards, the certification gate for several regulated markets. Also built a configurator for our medical products line.

Independent projects
Quebec population model 25,000 synthetic Quebecers, 56 attributes each, over 21 conditioned stages from Statistics Canada and ISQ distributions, validated against the census. Personas then answer surveys in character through a language model.
MoveDirt Picks the disposal site and departure hour with the lowest all-in cost per truck trip, pricing hourly traffic against quotes that don't compare. LP solver, Google Directions.
Client brand sites Sagamité, a Wendat restaurant group across two locations, and Diego Torres, a Montreal tattoo artist — both taken from first brief to launch, bilingual, on Next.js and React Three Fiber.
